  2. Wow! I still have a pair of the GL6100 in the basement.

  3. models 1987’s are the best!

  4. I and a friend both had a favorite pair of Reeboks in the late 80’s called “pro volley” It was a low top white shoe with a solid blue plastic mesh patch near the bottom of the laces. On the sole there was two large circular shock absorbers on the heel and ball with the words “rotation impact dispersion system” or something to that effect. For the life of me I cannot find this shoe online, can someone shed some light on these shoes? I would say the avenger and the club fitness were similar.

    • Hi Carl, not sure – can’t think of anything off the top of my head. Anything on this page look similiar? Could be a limited edition reissue of a 1984 shoe, or possibly no.84 sportsman/woman? rgds BokOne.

  22. does anyone remember a beige coloured runner, “reebok freedom” mid to late 80s

    • This sounds very familiar Mark, I’ll have to do a little research to find more details but yeah I’ve seen some of these recently – possibly on eBay.

  23. Hi im looking for a pair of reebok bb4600 red or blue preferably blue in size 8 can anyone help me out.

  24. Looking for a pair of reebok trainers I had when I was younger…I thought they were called “pro workout” but when I put it on a search, not showing the trainers I’m looking for…they were mainly white and bluer with a grey strap over the laces on the foot of the trainer…hope somebody knows what they are and where I can find them..many thanks…

    • Hello Peter. I had a pair myself. They were called ‘All Pro Workout’. They were available in white with blue stripes and a grey velcro strap over the laces and also available in white with grey stripes and velcro strap, but they dont come up on a Google search. I’ve already tried. BUT the good news is there is a picture of them on this site. Go to Media (at the top), then 80’s media, then click on the ‘Circles’ catalogue (US) and you will see a picture of them on one of the pages (the white version with grey stripes). Are these the ones ?

  25. Does anyone know what kind of leather-like material was used on the tongues of the old Reebok BB4600s?

  26. I have a pair that looks identical to the 1986 BB4600 but the number on the inside lable is RB206. Anyone know if this was a reissue or what? I’ve been trying to track them down online but RB206 brings up something that looks nothing like it. Does Reebok reuse the numbers? i am confused. The tops of mine are ok but the soles are worn through and I need new ones. Looked at the newer BB4600 but they all have that kind of dipped top. The thing I love on my old ones is the puffy straight across top. Anyone have a suggestion fr a show that will ive me that same look without breaking the bank?

(sorry for duplicate, this one has all the typos fixed. I shouldn’t post at 4:30am)

  28. I looking to buy a pair of 11.5 original reebok pumps..you know..with the release valve in the back. I used to own a pair until it got stolen way back in the day and never owned a pair again. but I still play basketball and I wanna get a pair. someone please help me.

    • Try eBay for a 2004 (15th anniversary) or 2009 (20th anniversary) re-release. They stayed true to the original color way. This year for the 25th anniversary Reebok has been collaborating with a lot of worldwide shoe stores for special releases. They’re not the original color way (from what I’ve seen) but are the same silhouette or at least very, very close to it and with some premium materials. Do a Google search for “Reebok pump 25th anniversary”.

    • Is it UK 11.5 or US 11.5 ?

  29. I found a super cool pair of vintage reebok at a thrift store that look early 80s. Womens, made in korea. They say “club” on them. Look like aerobics shoes. Anyone ever see these?

  30. I am noticing a lack of the Reebok Diamacell (? not sure if that’s how it was spelled). Had it pop into my head the other day, don’t know why, but it’s like a dreamed up the whole thing, I haven’t found a trace of it at all

  31. How can I purchase a pair of the
    1988 rugged walkers (men)

  32. Hi in the late 80s early 90s i had a pair of high tops with a yellow fluorescent T shaped toughen. Anyone got any pictures?

  33. Where would I buy a pair of 1986 dl1400?!?! Icant findt theem anywhere

  34. Hol lehet kapni CXT -t ? zsokekitti@gmail.com

  35. Hay there guys when i was a kid i had a pair of Reebok ers omni, been looking for another pair everywhere, seen they are still out there but all web pages ive been lookin at my sizes isnt there or they dont make em, just wondering does anyone know if Reebok still makes a size 13, or am i all out of luck,
    cheers guys

    • They’ve been retro’d quite a few times Rob, so they should be fairly easy to spot on eBay or other online sites. Good luck!

  36. I recently purchased some vntage early 80s Reebok running sneakers off eBay: the Reebok Renegade and Reebok TD (Technical Development). Both have the “Athlete’s Shoe” tag on the I side of the tongue and say “for over 80 years” meaning they came out before 1985. The TD still has its original tags and one has the year 1981 printed on it. Anyone have any additional information on either of these models? I have photos on InstaGram. Just search for #reebokrenegade and #reeboktd.

    • Awesome, will look into these – look similar to Phase III and Hurricanes, maybe related to those.

      • I agree. I believe the seller was also selling Hurricanes. I’ve worn the Renegades outdoors and they’re not bad as far as comfort is concerned but I can’t get rid of that old shoe smell.

      • Haha oh dear!

      • Yeah I love vintage shoes but after being boxed up for 20+ years in an attic they take on aa certain smell. I’ve tried dryer sheets, scented oil, kitty litter, newspaper, scrubbing with soap and water, etc and the smell doesn’t go away. Another issue I’ve seen a few times is the paint (or some substance) becoming wet and staining things it comes into contact with.

  37. Richard tripney

Can I get hold of a pair off 1986 GL6000 HAVANA RED / SILVER GREY COOLEST TRAINERS IVE EVER HAD PLEASE BRING BACK PLEASE .

  38. Trying to identify my Reeboks that are probably 10+ years old now, and ought to be binned as they’re falling apart, but they’re so comfortable, like old slippers, that I can’t bring myself to do it!

The only thing that may help is the label on the tongue, which has RB 703 HSV 1-169098, and a barcode number underneath, which is 8 83181 65615 6

  39. I have vintage Reeboks, what are they worth?

  40. I’m looking for Reeboks RB 802 FLU -1-178979 UK size 10. Best Reeboks ever in South Africa. Please help. Desperate to find a pair. Thanks Les Warland.

    • Very sorry Les, I don’t work for Reebok so have no access to code numbers myself. Your best bet will either be Google searches or eBay/equivalents – do you know the name of this model?

  41. Hi I’m looking for the reebok retro vs original. .. printing world’s best at the back side of the sneaker… it’s dark red and white… where do I find it

    • Sorry Mirna, it’s the usual answer – eBay or Craigslist, or equivalents depending on your location. Not heard of this shoe before, but good luck with your search!

      • Ty BokOne, I’ve tried practically every site possible, I’ll just have to wait it out until someone wants to sell a pair, it’ll be with time but I’ll just keep checking periodically. Than you so much.
