Sale! Pumps, Australia

In Australia, Catch of the Day is a bit of a favourite (we don’t have Amazon here, for a start) and today they’ve got a pretty decent selection of Pumps on sale. Prices aren’t as keen as they could be, but still – a pair of Twilight Zones or Shaqnosis for AU$100, or Shaq Attaqs for AU$120 isn’t too bad, and they’re helped by a capped P&P. Pump Omni Lite Vintage — releasing tomorrow, 13.01.2014

Arguably the starring shoe in the forthcoming “Pump Vintage Pack”, the Pump Omni Lite gets its’ midsole yellowed and features a leather upper and of course that orange Baskteball Pump bladder. Germanys’ The Good Will Out store has this available from tomorrow (Monday 13th) and looking around I’m not seeing any other stores’ revealing these available anytime soon — so let’s see if the 3 other shoes featured in the Pump Vintage Pack drop tomorrow too…. Additional — just spotted this short, funky promo for the Vintage Pack, confirming the release date of 13.01.14 ;

Cordura® — Insta Pump Fury, Pump Omni Lite, OXT Pump

Available to pre-buy from Hanon shop right now are these trio of retroboks featuring Cordura abrasion-resistant material. I’m very excited to see the 90’s OXT Pump trail shoe being retro’d, and I’m loving the monotone treatment to the Insta Pumps too. Hanon shop (UK) —BokOne

Cheap Pump Omni Lites, UK

Ok so these are in Winter colours, and these Pump Omni Lites might not be in the most inspiring colourway but they’re available now for a bargain £28 from Express Trainers (limited sizes). Ideal for a British Springtime! —BokOne

Pump Omni Lite — Black/Team Dark Royal/White

Really liking the panel work on these, with the process Blue heel counter and midsole detail bringing the Omni bang up to date. There is some real design restraint here too: viewing the shoe from the toebox up to the Pump – it’s all black. The oft-coloured midsole cutouts – all white. Click on for more jibber-jabber & pics > Read the rest of this entry

Pump Omni Lite — Steel/Shark/White

Very neutral – yet smart – retro of the 1991 Omni Lite. The original Omni Lite differed from it’s predecessor Omni Zone II with an improved Hexalite stability system and leather collar (not seen in this retro please note). The shoe above is also the first non-branded 2013 shoe, where the other releases this year had Basquiat or Dee Brown treatments. Available now from New Yorks’ Sneaker Bistro. Info via SneakerNews—BokOne
