1991 — ‘A Special Company’

showcase

Another fantastic catalogue from the early 90’s showcasing Reebok technologies, this time focussing on the myriad of Pump models then available. The genuinely useful part of this is precise release dates detailed for the 18 or so models shown. Thanks again to TheReebokKid for these scans. 1991 — A Special Company —BokOne

Reebok Germany Catalogue 1991 – It’s Shoetime!

teaser

Another Catalogue scan added to Retroboks‘ Media section — this time an early ’91 example sent to me by OXE at Germanys’ Overkill. Some genuinely curious finds within this one as shown above ; the Classic Leather got a brief 1990’s restyle, the Pump Omni Zone had a Pumpless brother called The Zone (it had ERS at least). Check out the full Catalogue in the Media section, or by clicking the following link. Reebok SXT Pump Vs Nike, 1991

Really nice post over on the awesome DefyNewYork blog, covering a 1991 magazine comparison test between the Reebok SXT Pump, Nike Trainer SC, Avia 1385, L.A. Gear Muscle and Asics GT Lyte. Instead of me giving away any more, click the image/use to jump to find out more – DefyNewYork is well worth some reading time, a great deal of sneaker history on there. DefyNewYork ~BokOne
